30s etiquette

Kestos girdles

     The 30s were extremely risque

But they did it all with class

30s gowns

More civilised than we are today

Yet they still had a blast

30s beach girls

There was a code in social circles

And men knew how to behave

Dunlap hats

Women always wore their girdles

And often appeared naive

La femme chez elle

Though there was the great depression

And a world on the brink of war

1930s makeup-rouge

These were times when stars glistened

When etiquette was law.
